gluten free stuffing

Gluten Free Stuffing

With Thanksgiving imminent, you may already be compiling your grocery lists.  If you’re a foodie and/or a traditionalist when it comes to Thanksgiving fare, then you have a plethora of shopping choices. However, what if you’re gluten-free?  Do you nix the stuffing?  No necessarily.  We’ve got some alternatives.

Rice
Some Asian recipes for fowl have you stuff sticky rice into the bird so it absorbs the juices.  If you want to stuff that turkey and want to skip the de rigeur bread crumb stuffing, this could be an interesting culinary experiment in fusion fare.

Cornbread
Southerners love their cornbread stuffing, so if you’re gluten-free, you don’t have to give that up!  If you have a love affair with Southern fare, we suggest a rendezvous with the e-book A Love Affair with Southern Cooking, available on Google Play. Load it onto your new LG G Pad F from T-Mobile and enjoy savings while savoring a gluten-free delight.

Oatmeal
Scotts are known for their skirlie.  Stuff your poultry with oatmeal, onion and seasonings.  We won’t try to persuade you to don a kilt and savor the skirlie, but it might make your meal that much more memorable.  For more Scottish fare, check out Scottish Food Recipes in the Apple app stores and then install it on your new iPhone from Verizon.  You’re in the mood for feasting so be sure to feast your eyes on all of Verizon’s Apple offerings and shop with our codes for savings before the holiday hullabaloo.

Gluten-free doesn’t mean fun-free. You can experiment with a variety of gluten-free stuffing options with the right recipes.  If you’ve got cook books collecting dust on your shelves, chances are they’re not going to have the gluten-free options you’re craving, so treat yourself to a pristine mobile phone and apps galore to sate your appetite this season.  We’ve got the savings, so focus on your cravings.
